Day #1 of the Whole30

If I had to score how I feel after Day 1 of the Whole30 Experience, I'm think I'm at a 5.

The food has been great - delicious and filling. I, however, feel like s***.

I'm super bloated, tired, and I have a headache. Granted, I have been pigging out on all my favorite crappy food in preparation for my new lifestyle (I know. That sounds oxymoronic to me, too.), but really?? I didn't think I would feel this gross.

Accordingly to the experts, it'll get better.

I'll take pictures of my food tomorrow. Today, I was just trying to make it.

  1. I totally indulged in wine and dairy before today so I'm right with you. I am fasting for most of the day so I don't have too many temptations to worry about though.

      Secondly, I didn't think it would be that bad at first! It just went on to show me how unhealthy the food I was eating before starting the Whole30 program actually was. I'm fealing tons better now and am looking forward to the weight loss and overall health improvements what will continue over the duration of the program!
